General Liability
Commercial liability insurance (CGL) provides coverage for damages when someone is injured or property is damaged as a result of your actions or if you have a legal responsibility. Generally a CGL Policy covers a number of liability areas including premises and operations, personal injury, advertising damages, completed operations and fire liability.
Smaller businesses often combine their liability and property coverages under a single policy called a Business Owners Package (BOP). We recommend that you also purchase higher protection limits though a Commercial Umbrella Policy.
Let the ELS Group walk you through your options to ensure your business is truly protected.
